According to Parents interviewed during the course of the investigation, they have no concerns regarding their children's safety while at the Family Child Care (FCC). Parents stated that their children like the FCC and stated that their children have never been injured while in care or sustained an injury. Parents stated that they trust the provider wholeheartedly and that the provider does a great job of communicating with them. According to Staff interviewed during the course of the investigation, children in care are safe and never treated harshly or physically abused. Staff further stated that children in care have not sustained any injuries and a wellness check is conducted upon drop off or as soon as staff observe something and parents are then contacted immediately. Based on the evidence as documented above, the allegations have been determined to be Unsubstantiated. A finding that the complaint is unsubstantiated means that although the allegation may have happened or is valid, there is not a preponderance of the evidence to prove that the allegation occurred.
