What the inspector wrote

Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Portia Bowden conducted an unannounced complaint inspection at the above facility. During the course of the investigation LPA conducted interviews with staff members and 5 children in care. The reporting party alleged Teachers restrained child against his will Teachers hit child in care Based on observation and interviews there was no corroborating evidence to prove that any staff hit child in care or restrained child in care, therefore the allegation is unsubstantiated. Exit interview conducted with Acting Director Katrina Williams. A copy of the report and a notice of site visit were provided.
