This report was Amended by Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Monique Ayala on 03/24/2021 to indicate that the allegations were unsubstantiated. On 03/24/2021 Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Monique Ayala conducted an unannounced complaint investigation for the above allegations. LPA also delivered the findings of the above allegations. Due to COVID-19 Emergency Response this inspection was conducted virtually. LPA spoke with director. LPA took a virtual tour of the facility and observed 67 preschool age children in care. The investigation consisted of interviews conducted with the director, facility staff, children, and other relevant complaint parties. The interviews revealed that there were no witnesses that could corroborate that a facility staff threatened a child, facility staff speak inappropriately to children in care, facility staff inappropriately discipline children and awake child is not provided with quiet activity during napping periods. The above allegations are UNSUBSTANTIATED. An exit interview was conducted and copy of this report along with appeal rights were provided to the director via email.
