The Department conducted a full investigation, which included interviews with relevant parties, as well as record review, including documentation as related to the allegation. With the information obtained and interviews conducted the investigation did not provide sufficient evidence to substantiate the allegation. Based upon interviews conducted and documents reviewed it does not appear that the facility is not following day care child’s court order paperwork. During interviews from staff and relevant parties both were able to explain the process and documentation needed to pick up children and how children are released to the parent(s) or authorized representative. Therefore, the allegation is unsubstantiated, meaning although the allegation may have happened or is valid, there is not a preponderance of the evidence to prove that the alleged violation occurred. No deficiency cited. Copy of report and Notice of Site visit issued.
