Inspector’s narrative

What the inspector wrote

Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Susann Sanchez conducted an unannounced complaint inspection. LPA met with Head Teacher, Marissa Marquez for the purpose of delivering the findings for the above allegation. Teacher Marquez gave LPA a tour of the facility. LPA observed 20 children and 4 staff. During this investigation LPA Sanchez conducted interviews with staff (5), children (4), and parents (6). All interviews conducted with staff and parents, stated that they have never heard staff talk to children in an unkind or harsh manner. All children interviewed stated that staff are very nice and they like coming to schoool. Although the allegations may have happened or is valid, there is not a preponderance of evidence to prove the alleged violation(s) did or did not occur, therefore the allegations is unsubstantiated.
