What the inspector wrote

On 8/21/2025 Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Tyler Reyes arrived at the above licensed facility to conduct a POC inspection to follow up on the citations that were cited on 08/12/25. Upon arrival, LPA met with Site Supervisor Douglas Franco and observed (15) children and (6) staff. LPA reviewed the following : Staff File: LPA observed proof of S1's Mandated Reporter Training Certificate Completed 8/13/25 No deficiencies were observed during today's visit. Exit interview was conducted and a copy of the report was given to Licensee Murray with appeal rights. A clearance letter of the deficiency was given and a notice of site visit must remain posted for 30 days.
