What the inspector wrote

Although the allegations may have happened or is valid, there is not a preponderance of evidence to prove the above alleged violations did or did not occur, therefore the allegations are found to be unsubstantiated. Exit interview was conducted and a copy of the report was provided. Appeal rights were reviewed and provided. A plan of correction was discussed and provided to the Director.

    101223 Personal Rights(a) The licensee shall ensure that each child is accorded the following personal rights:(2) To be accorded safe, healthful and comfortable accommodations, furnishings and equipment to meet his/her needs. This requirement was not as evidenced by: Child #1 sustained multiple injuries while in care. It was determined that safe and comfortable accomodations were not provided to Child#1. This poses an immediate risk to the health & safety of the children in care.
