Children stated staff stay with them while going to the bathroom. Teachers stand in the hallway so they can monitor the restroom and the classroom. Staff stated the children are never left alone while in the bathroom. Staff maintain supervision at all times. One staff stays in the classroom while the children are napping. Children stated the teacher works in the classroom during naptime. Although the allegations may have happened or is valid, there is not a preponderance of evidence to prove the above alleged violations did or did not occur, therefore the allegations of Lack of Supervision is found to be unsubstantiated. Staff maintain supervision over the children throughout the day. Based on interviews and observations, no evidence has shown that the staff is not supervising the children in care. Exit interview was conducted and a copy of the report was provided. Appeal rights were reviewed and provided.
