staff. Staff interviews yielded inconsistent responses. Some staff reported that infants are sometimes co-mingled with preschool children during breakfast, while others stated that this does not occur. At approximately 8:45 AM, LPA observed an infant present with preschool children on the preschool yard. The LPA advised the Director that infants are only permitted to use the designated infant yard and are not allowed to use the preschool yard or participate in breakfast with preschool children. Based on LPA\342\200\231s observations, the allegation of staff commingled infants with preschool children is Substantiated. Meaning the preponderance of evidence standard has been met, therefore the above allegation is found to be Substantiated. California Code of Regulations, (Title 22), are being cited on the attached LIC 9099D. Exit interview was conducted with Director Tanisa Ranaweera. Appeals Rights and the Notice of Site visit were provided. The Notice of Site Visit must remain posted for 30 days during the hours of operation.
