What the inspector wrote

***This is an amendment of an original report created on 11/10/2025. This report has been amended to assess a civil penalty.*** On 11/10/2025, Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Amelia Morales conducted an unannounced Case Management visit to the facility above. Upon arrival, LPA Morales was greeted by Licensee Anies Abergel, and was guided on a tour of the facility. There were 10 children present at the time of the arrival, Licensees assistant was also present. During the time of the inspection, LPA Morales observed the following; a unidentified women handling a child. Unidentified women quickly exited out of the facility using the side entrance of home. In reviewing the staff associations, it was noted that the following staff is not associated to the facility; Beverly Thompson, does have fingerprint clearance. When asked who the women was, Licensee informed LPA that her name is Beverly Thompson, who has been working at the facility for over 10 years. Notice of Site visit was given and must remain posted for 30 days. Exit interview conducted and report was reviewed with Licensee Anies Abergel.
