On 1/26/2026, Licensing Program Analysts (LPAs) Amelia Morales and Decondia Ferguson conducted an unannounced Case Management visit to this facility. Upon arrival, LPAs met with Licensee Anies Abergel who guided LPAs on a tour of the facility. There were 12 children present during the visit, and Licensees Assistant was also present. LPA explained the purpose of the visit which was to obtain signatures and deliver amended report. On 11/10/2025, a type B Citation was issued for 1 staff that did have fingerprint clearance, however they were not associated to the facility. A Civil Penalty was not assessed for 500 at that time of the visit. During today's visit LPA Morales, provided the Licensee a LIC421BG that reflects the Civil Penalty that has been assessed for 500 dollars. Notice of Site visit was given and must remain posted for 30 days. Exit interview conducted and report was reviewed with Licensee Anies Abergel.
