What the inspector wrote

On 5/05/2026, Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Ranita Richmond conducted an unannounced 3 yr. Required visit to the above-named Home. LPA was greeted by licensee Liliana Ponce. LPA Richmond observed 5 children, being supervised and cared for appropriately by licensee. Hours of operation are Monday through Friday, 6:00am – 6:00pm. Licensee provides meals, snacks, and beverages. Assistant and adult resident were in the home during the visit. LPA Richmond toured the home inside and outside for a Health and Safety inspection. The home is neat and clean with heating and ventilation for safety and comfort. LPA Richmond confirmed that the home consists of living room, kitchen, 3 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, fenced front yard, and detached garage. The ON LIMIT AREAS are as follows: living room bathroom, bedroom#1, and fenced front yard. The OFF-LIMIT AREAS are as follows: bedrooms #2, #3, kitchen and detached garage. Children enter and exit through the front door entrance. You are in the living room upon entering the home. The living room extends to the left of the home. To the right of the living room is the kitchen. Inside the kitchen is a door that leads to the outside. Straight ahead through the hallway entrance is bedrooms #1, #2, & #3 and the bathroom. Bedrooms #1 & #2 are on the left and bedroom #3 and the bathroom are on the right side of the hallway. pg 1 of 3
