LPA interviewed parents. Parents disclosed their children have falling from time to time, but nothing serious. Parents stated they have been made aware of injuries that have occurred at the facility. Parents did not express any concerns regarding supervision provided by Licensee or staff; therefore, the allegations of Licensee did not provide sufficient supervision to prevent a day care child from injuring another child is deemed Unsubstantiated. A finding that the complaint is unsubstantiated means that although the allegations may have happened or is valid, there is not a preponderance of evidence to prove that the alleged violations did or did not occur. No deficiencies are being cited in accordance with Title 22 of the California Code of Regulations and/or Health & Safety Codes. An exit interview was conducted, a copy of this report, appeals rights and a notice of site visit were discussed and provided to Licensee, Jovell Boles.
