On 04/21/2025 Licensing Program Analyst (LPA), Cristina Castellanos and LPA Brittany Lovest conducted an unannounced case management inspection to capture signatures on LIC 809 report that was originally created and provided to facility on 02/26/2025. Upon arrival, LPAs were greeted by Site Supervisor/Lead Teacher N. Saldivar. LPAs then toured the facility and observed 46 children in care with 7 adult staff members providing care and supervision. Shortly after Director Zoila Norwood arrived at the facility. Upon receipt of this report, the Licensee shall post the Notice of Site Visit. The Notice of Site Visit shall be posted for 30 consecutive days. Failure to maintain posting as required, will result in an immediate $100 civil penalty. An exit interview was conducted, and report was reviewed with Director Zoila Norwood.
