101161 Limitations on Capacity (a)A licensee shall not operate a child care center beyond the conditions and limitations specified on the license, including the capacity limitation. This requirement was not met as evidenced by: LPA observations of children co-mingling at 12:00pm, LPA observed 4 elementary children in the preschool playground. At 12:05pm LPA obderved a elementary child going into the preschool classroom to obtain there belongings. This is a immediate risk to the health and safety of the children in care.

Based on record review and interview, LPA did not observe a EMSA approved pediatric first aid/cpr for any staff present at the facility. Per administrator states that they thought online classes were fine and she has scheduled an upcoming training for all staff. This poses a potential health, safety, and personal rights risk to children in care.
