What the inspector wrote

Licensing Program Analysts (LPA's) Maddox and Ortega met with Rachel Chalmers, Program Manager and Prisma Rubio, Site Supervisor today for the purpose of conducting a case management inspection. Center is relocating from one modular to another on the same campus premises Wiley Elementary School. This program will occupy Modular # 02 and # 01. The modular consist of 2 classrooms, kitchen, office area, 1 children's bathroom, and 1 staff bathroom. Center will serve children ages 3 to 5 years, the days and hours of operation will be: Mon - Fri from 8:00 a.m. - 2:15 p.m. Measurements were as follows: 21 X 38 = 798/35=23 X 2 = 46 children Bathroom: 1 bathroom with 3 toilets and 3 sinks = 45 children The outside play yard is still under construction, center will continue to utilize the original play yard until the new play yard is completed. Children must be escorted to the play yard with visual supervision. Age appropriate toys and equipment were observed. The carbon monoxide and smoke detector (dual) are operating properly. Last emergency drill was conducted and documented on 10/02/2023 at 10:00 a.m. The fire extinguisher is reading in green. Center was found to be in compliance with Title 22 Regulations, fire clearance has been received for the requested capacity of 40, capacity decrease will be granted. Exit Interview conducted, copy of this report, appeal rights and Notice of site visit was provided to Rachel Chalmers, and Prisma Rubio, Site Supervisor.
