What the inspector wrote

On 6/23/2023 Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) V. Wheatley conducted an inspection at 12:40PM and met with Guadalupe Grijaleva regarding the above allegations. On 4/27/23, LPA Wheatley met with Kimberly Linz, Melissa Gooden and Tracy Manning in the absence of the director Guadalupe Grijaleva. LPA interviewed several staff members and was provided a copy of the rosters. Based on the information obtained through interviews and thorough investigation, the allegations are substantiated. A substantiated finding means that the complaint is substantiated and the allegation is valid because the preponderance of the evidence standard has been met. See LIC 9099D Exit interview.
