On 01/22/2026 at 1:31 PM, LPA Shane Loftus conducted an unannounced Case Management inspection at the above-mentioned Child Care Center as a follow up to a visit conducted on 01/14/2026 to obtain measurements of the outdoor yard. LPA met with Director Danika King and discussed the purpose of the inspection. LPA observed 18 children and 2 staff members present. LPA notes the preschool yard is sectioned off to accommodate children of differing ages. LPA notes there are no bodies of water on site and there is age appropriate play equipment. Preschool Yard 1: (80 x 28.5) = 2280 sq. ft. Preschool Yard 2: (49.67 x 62.67) = 3112.82 sq. ft. Preschool Yard 3: (67.17 x 70.42) = 4730.11 sq. ft. Total Preschool Outdoor Space = 10122.93 sq. ft. / 75 = 134 preschoolers The applicant has requested a capacity of 65 preschoolers which was approved by the Los Angeles County Fire Department on 01/08/2026. A decrease to a capacity of 65 is pending the following: 3. Licensing Program Manager approval. No deficiencies were cited during today\342\200\231s inspection.
