What Happened
The annual inspection found the classroom and kitchen areas in usable condition, but the outdoor space was in poor repair and first aid supplies were missing. The facility also indicated it would administer medication and update its medication policy.
Observations
- outdoor area had no shade, missing and lifted floor tiles, broken toys, an inoperable water faucet, and cut chain-link fencing with exposed pointed metal
- first aid kits were not available
- facility stated it will administer medication and will update its medication policy
