What Happened
Follow-up case management inspection to verify clearing of prior deficiencies. Observed corrections made to railings, outdoor areas, sign-in procedures, menu posting, and debris removal for fire hazard prevention.
Observations
- Railings and outdoor areas photographed and observed for corrections to be made
- Sign-in sheets being completed daily by parents
- Menus posted in facility
- Debris cleared that posed potential fire hazard

(b) A licensee shall have 30 days after the employment of a staff person or enrollment of a child to secure records requiring information from sources not in the control of the licensee, staff person, or child. .....designated records shall be made during the 30-day period. Based on observation and record review, the licensee did not does not have staff records for all staff ... which poses a potential Health , Safety and, Personal Rights risk to persons in care.
