What the inspector wrote

On Tuesday, December 12, 2023, at 1:45 pm., Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Mayra Rivera conducted a Case Management -Deficiencies inspection to follow up in regards citation 101174(d) - (d) Disaster drills shall be conducted at least every six months given on 11/28/2023. During this visit no school-age children present. LPA observed proof of emergency drill conducted on 11/29/23. LPA cleared the Type B deficiency. A notice of site visit was given and must remain posted for 30 days. Failure to maintain posting as required will result in a $100.00 civil penalty. Exit interview conducted and report was reviewed with director Angie Bustamante.
