101227 Food Services (a) In child care centers providing meals to children, the following shall apply:(1) All food shall be safe and of the quality and in the quantity necessary to meet the needs of the children... All food shall be selected, stored, prepared and served in a safe and healthful manner.This requirement is not met as evidenced by: During today's inspection LPAs observed 3 expired food products in designated Preschool refrigerator, which poses/posed an potential health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care.

RESPONSIBILITY FOR PROVIDING CARE AND SUPERVISION
101229 Responsibility for Providing Care and Supervision (a) The licensee shall provide care and supervision as necessary to meet the children's needs. (1) No child(ren) shall be left without the supervision of a teacher at any time, except as specified in Sections 101216.2(e)(1) and 101230(c)(1). Supervision shall include visual observation.This requirement is not met as evidenced by: LPAs observed 13 children with Staff #2 and Staff #3 on the playground. While staff were present on the playground, they were not always in visual range of the children which poses an immediate health, safety or care and supervision risk to persons in care.
