On 8/19/2025 at 1pm, Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Devon Carus conducted a case management visit to amend a previous report. LPA met with Sun Ko, Director and explained the purpose of the visit. LPA observed 12 children in care being supervised by 3 staff. The purpose of the visit is to amend the Complaint Investigation report from 8/7/2025. LPA observed the facility to be clean, and orderly. The pre school center will continue to provide care for children ages 18 months through entry into first grade. Director confirmed the center\342\200\231s operating hours are 7am \342\200\223 6:30pm, Monday through Friday. Additionally, LPA Carus also inspected all classrooms, child care restrooms, and outdoor play areas, and observed them to be safe and free of hazards. Based on observations made by the LPA, no deficiencies will be cited today . Exit interview was completed with Director, Sun Ko. A notice of site visit was provided, and must remain posted for 30 days.
