On 8/22/2025, 8/25/2025, 8/26/2025, and 9/5/2025 Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Devon Carus conducted additional interviews that included parents of children enrolled at the preschool. Based on observations, interviews and evidence received during the investigation, the above allegations are unsubstantiated. Although the allegations may have happened or are valid, there is not a preponderance of evidence to prove the above alleged violations did or did not occur. Exit interview was conducted and a copy of the report was provided. Appeal rights were reviewed and provided.
