Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Meghan McGee conducted an unannounced inspection to Ardon Family Child Care on 03/29/2022 at 11:10AM for the purpose of concluding the investigation on the above allegation and to deliver the findings. LPA McGee met with Chanel Ardon, Licensee and together discussed the investigation details. Based on interviews conducted, statements obtained, and reviewing documentation during the investigation process no evidence was disclosed that licensee and children do not wear a mask. Information received that staff and children over the age of 24 months wear mask. Licensee stated some children do pull at their masks throughout the day. LPA McGee observed a box of surgical mask at the facility on initial visit. Although the allegation may have happened or is valid, there is not a preponderance of evidence to prove the alleged violation did or did not occur, therefore the allegation is UNSUBSTANTIATED. Exit interview was conducted with the Chanel Ardon, Licensee. Appeal rights were issued, and a copy of this report was left at the facility.
