What the inspector wrote

On 03/30/22 Licensing Program Analysts (LPA's) Justin Dorsey and Justeene Tamayo conducted an inspection at Bobadilla FCC. The purpose of the inspection was a Plan of Correction visit to review the deficiency cited on 03/16/22. LPA's met with licensee Wendy Bobadilla and toured the facility. The following was observed: 1.) LPA's observed the Family Child Care was in ratio. LPA's observed 11 children with the licensee and Assistant #1 Exit interview conducted a copy of this report, Notice of Site Inspection and Deficiency Clearance Letter was left with Licensee Wendy Bobadilla.
