LPA spoke with C#1 and C#2. Both did not disclose any mistreatment. C1 stated \342\200\234his other teacher is Adult #1\342\200\235 and that A1 will supervise him outside. C2 stated that Staff #1 is his teacher and licensee\342\200\231s husband does not help in the facility, \342\200\234he is a Dad\342\200\235. On 3/11/21, LPA received and reviewed children\342\200\231s roster, daily schedule and identifications of employees. LPA interviewed employees and 10 parents out of 18. Ten parents shared that they had not met A1# and have only seen A1 outside as he was leaving the facility. All 10 parents stated licensee is always present the facility along with the assistants. Although the allegations may have happened or are valid, there is not a preponderance of evidence to prove the alleged violations did or did not occur, therefore the allegations are found to be unsubstantiated.
