LPA observed staff monitoring children during outside playtime. Based on interviews, observations, and record reviews no evidence was revealed to approve or disapprove the allegation of staff not providing adequate supervision to children in care. Although the allegation may have happened or is valid, there is not a preponderance of evidence to prove the above alleged violation did or did not occur, therefore the allegation of staff not providing adequate supervision to children in care is found to be unsubstantiated. No deficiencies cited during the course of this investigation. Notice of site visit given and must be posted for 30 days. A copy of this report and appeal rights provided. Exit interview conducted.
