What Happened
Annual inspection of family childcare home. Facility is generally compliant with proper safety measures and staffing. Two Type B deficiencies cited: missing LIC9227 safe sleep form for infant under 1 year, and missing sleep logs for 2 of 2 enrolled infants. Mandated Reporter training is overdue for renewal.

- Living room, dining room, kitchen, 4 bedrooms, 2 restrooms, laundry area, 1 shed, backyard
- Main childcare provided in dining room and room #1 (activities and nap time)
- Children's restroom in hallway next to play room
- Napping areas: children use mats, infants use playpens with door remaining open during nap
- Off-limits areas: bedrooms #2, #3, #4, laundry, living room, attached garage (converted ADU), locked shed
- Knives, medications, cleaning supplies inaccessible with child safety latches under sink
- Back yard fenced with gate access
- Two infants enrolled without completed LIC9227 forms
- Sleep logs for 2 infants were blank and not maintained
