Correction check·September 25, 2025

On 9/25/25, Licensing Program Analyst (LPA), V. Wheatley conducted and unannounced Plan of Correction inspection and met with the director Tianna Quintero regarding a visit that was conducted on September 12, 2025 whereby the facility was cited for unqualified staff supervising children. Today, LPA Wheatley toured the facility and observed four (4) infants supervised properly by Tianna Quintero and within proper ratios. The director conducted a staff meeting with all staff on September 15, 2025 regarding the staff qualifications. There are two staff members that will be enrolled in child development classes at a college. LPA observed Staff #1 and Staff #2 (teacher assistants) assisting with operations. An exit interview was conducted. A copy of this report was read and provided to the director. A Notice of Site Visit will be posted for 30 days. No deficiencies are cited.
