What the inspector wrote

On 07/30/2024 Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Cristina Castellanos conducted an unannounced case management inspection at the above-mentioned address for the purpose of ensuring the standards are being met in accordance with California Tittle 22 Regulations and California Health and Safety Codes. Upon arrival LPA met with Licensee Saima Kamran and discussed the purpose of the visit. LPA then toured the home both indoors and outdoors. During today\342\200\231s inspection there were 12 children, a helper, and Licensee Kamran providing care and supervision. LPA previously had conducted an unannounced annual inspection on 11/01/2034 and cited a deficiency on Title 22 regulation: Personnel Records 102416.1(d) All personnel records shall be maintained at the child care home and shall be available to the licensing agency for review. Based on record review, the standards in accordance with California Title 22 Regulations and California Health and Safety Codes are being maintained during today\342\200\231s inspection. An exit interview was conducted, and report reviewed with Licensee Kamran. A copy of this report was provided to Licensee. A Notice of Site Visit was given and must remain posted for 30 days. Failure to comply with posting requirements shall result in an immediate civil penalty of $100.
