What the inspector wrote

According to witnesses interviewed during the course of the investigation, there was conflicting statements made. Most witnesses stated that they have never observed children being handled in a rough manner. Witnesses stated that they like the school and their teachers. According to children interviewed during the course of the investigation, children stated that they like their school and their teachers. Children stated that they do not get in trouble and are happy. -Pertaining to the allegation that - Staff used inappropriate form of punishment. According to the RP, staff inappropriately disciplined children. According to witnesses interviewed during the course of the investigation, there were conflicting statements made. Most witnesses stated that they have never observed children being disciplined inappropriately. Witnesses stated that when children misbehave, they are talked to, they are allowed to express themselves and provided positive reinforcement. According to children interviewed during the course of the investigation, children stated that they like their school and their teachers. Children stated that they do not get in trouble. Based on the evidence as documented above, the allegations have been determined to be Unsubstantiated. A finding that the complaint is unsubstantiated means that although the allegation may have happened or is valid, there is not a preponderance of the evidence to prove that the allegation occurred. A notice of site visit was given and must remain posted for 30 days. Exit interview conducted and report was reviewed with Lead Teacher Vanessa Rodriguez.
