According to staff interviewed during the course of the investigation, there have not been any instances as of lately where they have been out of ratio. According to parents interviewed during the course of the investigation, they have no concerns regarding ratio. Parents stated that during the brief pickup drop off times, they have not observed the facility to be out of ratio. One parent stated that they observed facility out of ratio on one occasion upon drop off, but overall likes the day care. LPA did not observe the facility to be out of ratio during the time the investigation was being conducted. Based on the evidence as documented above, the allegations have been determined to be Unsubstantiated. A finding that the complaint is unsubstantiated means that although the allegation may have happened or is valid, there is not a preponderance of the evidence to prove that the allegation occurred. A notice of site visit was given and must remain posted for 30 days. Exit interview conducted and report was reviewed with Lead Teacher, Vanessa Rodriguez.
