According to the Licensee, she has never hurt a child in care. According to Parent 1 (P1), Parent 2 (P2), Parent 3 (P3), and Parent 4 (P4) they have no concerns regarding the care that their child is receiving while at the Family Child Care (FCC). Parents stated that their children like the FCC and have no concerns regarding their children's safety. Parents further stated that their children have not disclosed any information about being hit while in care. Based on the evidence as documented above, the allegations have been determined to be Unsubstantiated. A finding that the complaint is unsubstantiated means that although the allegation may have happened or is valid, there is not a preponderance of the evidence to prove that the allegation occurred. A notice of site visit was given and must remain posted for 30 days. Exit interview conducted and report was reviewed with Licensee, Liran Kubi.
