What the inspector wrote

On June 2, 2026, at 11:50am, Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Keneisha Dunlap arrived at the facility for an unannounced case management visit. LPA Dunlap announced the purpose of the visit and was granted entry into the facility by Licensee- Jamesetta Willis. There are 9 children enrolled, 0 children present, and 1 staff present at the time of inspection. This is a school age program, and the center hours of operation are Monday- Saturday 5:00am-6:00pm. On June 11, 2024, the facility was cited for the following deficiencies: CCR 101539(b) The deficiency has been cleared. A notice of site visit was given and must remain posted for 30 days. Exit interview conducted and report was reviewed with the Licensee- Jamesetta Willis.
