What the inspector wrote

Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Lilia Hernandez conducted an unannounced inspection on 08/22/2025. The purpose of the visit was to ensure that the health, safety, personal rights, licensing conditions and limitations are as required by Title 22 Regulations. LPA arrived at the facility at 3:05PM. Upon arriving to the facility LPA was greeted at the entry of the facility by Karine Baghmanyan, Assistant #1. LPA was guided into the facility by Assistant #1. LPA was later met by Emilina Asatryan, Assistant/Adult daughter of Licensee. Licensee was not present. There were 9 children present and a total of 3 Assistants. On 06/18/2025, during an Inspection, Licensee was issued the following deficiencies: Type A: 1596.871(c)(1)(A) Criminal Record Clearance Type B: 102417(g)(4) Operation of a Family Child Care Home During today's inspection, LPA observed the deficiencies noted above cleared and no further action is needed. Licensee was provided copies of Letter of Deficiency Citations Cleared for reference. There were no deficiencies cited during the inspection. The Notice of Site Visit must remain posted for 30 days during the hours of operation after each site visit by a licensing representative. Failure to maintain posting as required will result in a civil penalty of $100.00. Exit interview was conducted with Emilina Asatryan, Assistant/Adult daughter of Licensee .
