What the inspector wrote

Based on the investigation, which included interviews with relevant parties, the preponderance of evidence has been met. Therefore the above allegation is found to be Substantiated. A Type B deficiency was cited during today's inspection (see LIC 9099-D for details). An exit interview was conducted with Executive Director Deidre Nordel. A copy of this report will be emailed.

    PERSONAL RIGHTS

    Personal Rights- The licensee shall ensure that each child is accorded the following personal rights:(2)To be accorded safe, healthful and comfortable accommodations, furnishings and equipment to meet his/her needs. The staff failed to follow the napping regulation and violated the children's personal rights by having children nap with their heads down on the table which made it uncomfortable.
