What the inspector wrote

On 05/13/2022 at 4PM, Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Veronica Wheatley conducted an unannounced case management inspection and met with the new director Emily Walton. The purpose of the inspection is regarding three cases of Hand, Foot, and Mouth disease. The cases were reported to parents and CCL in a timely manner. The parents were provided a handout in regarding prevention, treating and symptoms. The handout was posted on the children's binders and in Procare. The children returned to the facility with doctor's notes. According to the director, the staff cleaned and sanitized the entire the facility inside and out. There are no deficiencies cited today. Exit interview. The report was provided to the director.
