CRIMINAL RECORD CLEARANCE
Criminal Record Clearance(e)(2)Request a transfer of a criminal record clearance as specified in Section 101170(f).This requirement is not met as evidenced by LPA observing Staff #5 and #6 present at the facility and not associated. STaff #5 and #6 are associated to the preschool component but not the school-age. This poses a potential health and safety risk to children in care. A $200 civil penalty is being assessed.

PERSONNEL REQUIREMENTS
Personnel Requirements:(f) At least one staff member who is trained in pediatric cardiopulmonary resuscitation and pediatric first aid pursuant to Health and Safety Code Section 1596.866 shall be present when children are at the child care center or offsite for center activities. This requirement is not met as evidenced by LPA observing that staff present do not have a Pediatric 1st Aid/CPR cards. This poses a potential health and safety risk for children in care.
