What the inspector wrote

Licensing Program Analyst Jeanette Estrada conducted an unannounced annual inspection. LPA met with Assistant Director Antoinette Bonseigneur and advised her of the reason for the visit. LPA observed 8 children being supervised by one staff. Assistant Director provided a tour of the facility. Due to technical issues, the inspection was not completed. LPA did not observe any hazards with the physical plant of the facility. LPA will return to complete the file review for staff and children. No deficiencies were cited today. A notice of site visit was given to Facility Representative and must remain posted for 30 days. Exit interview conducted and report was reviewed with Facility Representative-Assistant Director Antoinette Bonseigneur.
