What the inspector wrote

Licensing Program Analyst, V. Wheatley conducted a case management inspection and was greeted by the licensee's adult daughter. The licensee Raschand Merriman was not home upon arrival but arrived shortly. LPA observed two day care children on the premises. LPA also observed the licensee's two minor sons and minor daughter on the premises. LPA Wheatley interviewed licensee and Staff #1 regarding a former employee Adult #1. Licensee states Adult #1 is out of state and is not expected to return until after the new year. Based on the interviews and information obtained there are no deficiencies cited. Exit interview.
