What Happened
The annual preschool inspection found the facility operating safely and in compliance in most areas, with clean indoor and outdoor spaces, appropriate supervision, and complete sample records. The main issue noted was that lead testing had not been completed by the required deadline.
Observations
- lead testing was not completed prior to the deadline
- 28 preschool children and 3 staff were present during the visit
- center maintained ratio and all children were under visual supervision
- sample children's files were complete with authorized representative and medical assessment information
- sample staff files were complete with health screening and immunization records
