What the inspector wrote

On 10/02/2025, Licensing Program Analysts (LPA) Ranita Richmond conducted an unannounced Case Management-Deficiencies visit for the above-named Child Care Center. The Center is licensed for 15 preschool children, ages 2 through 5 years of age. LPA met with Sanjida Kabir, Site Supervisor. LPA toured the facility indoors and outdoors and observed 12 children in care, being supervised and cared for appropriately by 2 fingerprint cleared staff members. Facility hours of operation are Monday – Friday, 7 :30am – 6:00pm. LPA toured the facility for health and safety. During the walk through, in the outdoor playground LPA Richmond observed construction to the outdoor playground. LPA observed two adult males standing on ladders using power tools to hang metal corrugated panels on the top of steel beams in outdoor playground. LPA observed metal corrugated panels on the ground in the outdoor playground area. There were no children located in the outdoor playground area during construction work and or repairs. Type B citation cited. See LIC 809D. One type B citation cited per Title 22 Regulations and Health and Safety Codes. See LIC 809D. An exit interview was conducted, a copy of this report was read and provided to Sanjida Kabir, Site Supervisor. Notice of Site Visit was provided and required to be posted for 30 days.
