Correction check·June 18, 2025

On 6/18/25, at 1:30PM, Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Joe Katrdzhyan conducted an unannounced Plan of Correction (POC) Visit. Upon arrival, LPA met with Licensee / Jennifer Tripet, who guided LPA on a tour of the facility. There were 6 children with 1 staff observed present. Out of the six children present, three were infants, while the remaining three were preschool aged. The children were observed napping at the time of visit. LPA explained the purpose of today\342\200\231s visit. During a facility inspection conducted on 5/28/25, the following deficiencies were issued; Type A - 102416.5(a) / Staffing Ratio and Capacity (CCR) Type A - 102416.5(b)(1)(2) / Staffing Ratio and Capacity (CCR) Type A - 102417(a) / Operation of a Family Child Care Home (CCR) Type A - 102416(d)(1) / Personnel Requirements (CCR) Type B - 102416(c) / Personnel Requirements (CCR) 102416.5(a) - On 5/29/25, the Licensee submitted the POC to CCL. (POC due date: 5/29/25) 102416.5(b)(1)(2) - On 5/29/25, the Licensee submitted the POC to CCL. (POC due date: 5/29/25) 102417(a) - On 5/29/25, the Licensee submitted the POC to CCL. (POC due date: 5/29/25) 102416(d)(1) - On 5/29/25, the Licensee submitted the POC to CCL. (POC due date: 5/29/25) 102416(c) - On 5/29/25, the Licensee submitted the POC to CCL. (POC due date: 6/6/25) The deficiencies noted above have all been cleared and no further action is needed. The Notice of Site Visit was provided and must remain posted for 30 days during the hours of operation after each site visit by a licensing representative. Failure to maintain posting as required will result in a civil penalty of $100.00. Exit interview was conducted with Jennifer Tripet and Appeals Rights provided.
