What the inspector wrote

According to Staff 1 (S1) and Staff 2 (S2) they were present in the backyard when the child was injured and provided first aid and made immediate contact with parent. LPA attempted to interview Child 2 (C2) and Child 3 (C3); however, LPA was unable to qualify children. Based on the evidence as documented above, the allegations have been determined to be Unsubstantiated. A finding that the complaint is unsubstantiated means that although the allegation may have happened or is valid, there is not a preponderance of the evidence to prove that the allegation occurred. A notice of site visit was given and must remain posted for 30 days. Exit interview conducted and report was reviewed with Licensee, MARINA ARUTYUNYAN.
