Routine inspection (3-year)·March 5, 2026

On 3/5/2026 at 1:50PM, Licensing Program Analysts (LPA) Amelia Morales conducted an Unannounced Required- 3 Year inspection at the above facility. Upon arrival, LPA Morales rang the ring camera to be let into the facility. LPA was greeted and let into the facility by Teacher Jessica Garcia. The Director was not present at the time of arrival. Teacher Garcia phoned the Director, Director Nassima Mojabi arrived at 2:35. Director stated they were on a lunch break. The LIC125 Entrance Checklist was provided to help facilitate the inspection. Facility is currently licensed for a capacity of 36 infants. LPA observed 22 infants and 6 staff present at the time of the visit. Children's roster was reviewed and is current. Facility operating hours are Monday through Friday 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM. LPA toured the facility inside and out and began the inspection tool. Due to time constraints the Annual visit will be completed on a future date. A notice of site visit was given and must remain posted for 30 days. Exit interview conducted and report was reviewed with Director Nassima Mojabi.
