What the inspector wrote

On 08/18/2022 at 1:15 pm Licensing Program Analyst Suzette Ornelas arrived to the Barazyozyan Family Child Care home for a capacity increase inspection for a large family child care. The facility has a completed 850 Fire Inspection report, a pull down fire alarm with light was added, no corrections are needed to the home. LPA Ornelas completed a tour of the home inside and outside as well. Home is found to be in substantial compliance. A records file review of children present and licensee was conducted and all required forms are present including required licensing posted forms. The licensee will increase capacity for 14 children and a flyer was given to show how many children and their ages can be admitted to care. LPA provided licensee with information on infant safe sleep along with informative flyers. LPA also provided licensee with LIC311D -forms/records to keep at your family child care home, to ensure files are maintained up to date. The room that will be used as the facility is spacious enough to fit 14 children as well as 14 cots/pack n plays. There are substantial toys and equipment for the increase in children. There a tables and chairs to eat along with three high chairs and 4 pack n play, play pens with enough cots for the capacity increase. A copy of this report will be given to the licensee and a new license will be emailed and sent in the mail.
