Correction check·January 28, 2025

On 1/28/25, at 2:30 PM, Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Tatiana Bickham conducted an unannounced Plan of Correction (POC) Visit. Upon arrival, LPA disclosed the purpose of the inspection and met with Licensee Sharon Oren, who guided the LPA on a tour of the facility. There were 12 (no infants) day care children present during today’s inspection. LPA also observed 2 additional staff present at the time of this inspection. During the plan of correction inspection conducted on 12/30/24, the following deficiencies were issued; Type A- 102416.5 (f)- Staffing Ratio and Capacity (CCR). During todays inspection LPA observed 12 day-care children present. Licensee provided an updated Child Care Facility Roster LIC 9040 which stated the last day of attendance for children in care. Licensee un-enrolled 27 day-care children. The deficiencies noted above have all been cleared and no further action is needed. The Notice of Site Visit was provided and must remain posted for 30 days during the hours of operation after each site visit by a licensing representative. Failure to maintain posting as required will result in a civil penalty of $100.00. Exit interview was conducted with Sharon Oren and Appeals Rights provided.
