On 06/6/2024 at 1:30 p.m. Licensing Program Analyst (LPA)Doris Whitmore conducted an unannounced visit for conducting a Case Management Inspection due to an incident that occurred. The day and time is unknown and was reported to the Regional Office. LPA met with Davida Brown, Site Supervisor & Aida Escobar and informed the nature of the visit. LPA observed 89 Children in care with proper teacher/child ratios observed. There was a total of 21 staff. According to the Telephone UIR, Mother informed the Site Supervisor at the facility that her daughter told her that one of the teachers had used profanity towards her during naptime. The day and time is unknown. During the investigation LPA Whitmore interviewed (S1) , (S2), (S3), (S4) ( C1), ( C2), & (C3) Based on the information obtained throughout the course of the investigation and interviews. ( C1) did not disclose any information or names that a teacher used profanity towards her during naptime. In interviewing( S1) ( S2) & ( S3) no teacher has heard or observed any other teacher using profanity towards (C1).Based on the information obtained there were no violations of Title 22 Regulations. No deficiencies cited Copy of report and Notice of Site Visit was issued to Site Supervisor Davida Brown.
