During interviews parents reported that they are satisfied with the level of care their children are receiving. LPA requested to view ring recording and licensee provided LPA with video recording. LPA viewed ring video recording, LPA did not observe licensee, or any staff hit any of the day care children. Based on observations, interviews and record reviews, it was determined that the above allegation to be unsubstantiated. Although the allegations may have happened or is valid, there is not a preponderance of evidence to prove the above alleged violation did or did not occur, therefore the allegation of Personal Rights - Licensee hit child care children is found to be unsubstantiated. Exit Interview conducted, copy of this report reviewed and copy provided to licensee.
